Traffic Paint

The type and color of paint you use may be determined by federal and state guidelines. Also consider the type of surface you are painting. Drying time, road surface material and durability are all considerations regarding your paint selection.

You can choose from water-based traffic paint, oil-based traffic paint and commercial grade line paint in aerosol cans. Each product has features that will fit your needs.

Selecting paint that is fade resistant and durable will keep your parking lot clearly marked and easier for your customers to navigate.

Glass beads are used for reflective purposes. Mix glass beads into traffic paint and apply to areas that meet special needs or to further guide customers and other traffic.

Our AK road paint provides clear lines with a long-lasting finish. Apply paint at temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer, with no precipitation for at least 24 hours.

Surface Prep

Remember to prepare your parking surface to ensure clean and smooth paint adhesion. (New concrete must be cured for a minimum of 30 days before painting.)

Crack Repair

Crack repair is a necessary step in prepping your surface. For asphalt surfaces, clean cracks using a steel brush or a crack cleaning machine.

Applying traffic paint over unrepaired cracks will leave a less than professional look to your lot area. The cracks will only get worse, which will add to customer risk and further damage to your parking lot.

After prepping the cracks, add liquid or hot crack filler.

Asphalt Cleaning

Remove grease and oil stains. These stains will eat through as sealcoat and expose your parking surface to the elements.

Our universal cleaner and degreaser is biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Seal Coating

Sealcoating is a simple and fast step that will increase the life of your parking lot. This is the final step before applying traffic paint lines.

Ready to Paint

Roll out lot lines by hand with stencil guides. You'll get clean-edged lines for a low cost. This is more time consuming and more difficult to execute.

Or, you can use one of our line striping machines. Our machines can accommodate different paint can sizes to suit your needs.

We offer machines that can work with the size of your lot and the variations of your project. It's an easy and less strenuous way to apply striping.
